Verified ownerGreat device! Just be warned that it makes a loud drone noise when it is actively in use, much louder than the original jetstream. But it’s not a sign of a defective device — just how it works. I was worried I was messing it up at first, or risking using a defective product, but after emailing the super helpful, knowledgeable, and rapid-response Hamilton support team, they confirmed to me that this is normal. Just the first model, so it is loud at the moment (by no means discreet), but worth it, coz it makes such big plumes of smoke that totally transform the whole realm of 510 cart usage: also it fits my bulky 2mL cartridges even better than it fits any 1mL cartridge. I mean … it’s basically made for 2mL cartridges, because the 1mL feel and look really awkward in it, and don’t fit as snugly as 2mL carts. Truly a spectacle, and I feel so honored to be one of the first to purchase this rare gem! Cant wait to see the features of upgraded models for this in the future. I mean… I can literally just hover it in front of my face and breathe normally, with my nose (with mouth closed). It takes no effort, due to zero requirement (and zero benefit from) sucking / pulling on the cartridge with a hard inhale.
